How to use these documents:

DWG-files:
File format of technical drawings created with AutoCAD. Compatible to AutoCAD version 12 or higher (MINIRAIL: AutoCAD 2000) and some other CAD programs.

DXF-files:
File format of technical drawings. Compatible to all common CAD programs. The files are saved from AutoCAD 12 or 14.

IGS-files:
File format of 3D technical drawings. Compatible to all common CAD programs. The files are saved from AutoCAD 2000/Mechanical Desktop. To simplify the download, these files are zipped.

STEP-files:
File format of 3D technical drawings. Compatible to all common CAD programs. The files are saved from AutoCAD 2000/Mechanical Desktop. To simplify the download, these files are zipped.

Design change of SCHNEEBERGER Ball MONORAIL products

We will change the design of the  Ball-MONORAIL carriages.
We will not change the Ball-MONORAIL rails.
The product stays compatible as a whole profiled guideway system and the components (rails, carriages) are fully interchangeable between the old and the new design.

The carriage will be improved with a new design to receive a better performance.

The topics are:

• There is no relevant difference of hole patterns, functional system dimensions and locations of lube ports.
• The only difference is the total steel body length of the carriage and the tolerance of the carriage width.
• The end-plates cannot be handled as a spare parts any more.

The following CAD Data shows the sizes BM 15 and BM 35 with new dimensions.
The sizes BM 20, BM 25, BM 30 und BM 45 are still not changed.
