Long-term Lubrication LUBE-S for MINIRAIL - A compact solution!

The lubricant reservoir for the new long-term lubricant LUBE‑S in integrated directly in the MINIRAIL carriage for the SCHNEEBERGER miniature guideway MINIRAIL. The tangential lubrication of the circulating bearings with LUBE‑S is achieved by a capillary effect. The direct and sufficiently dosed lubrication of the bearings is ensured at all times in all installation orientations. Under normal environmental conditions and appropriate loads, this provides freedom from maintenance for 20,000 kilometers of travel distance while minimizing lubricant consumption.
