Le produit MONORAIL AMSD 4B est un système de mesure intégré magnétorésistant pour une mesure de la distance dérivé du guidage linéaire profilé MONORAIL BM avec interface incrémentielle numérique. La base de ce produit est l'AMSA 4B. Les guidages profilés sont identiques et donc compatibles aussi bien avec AMSA 4B qu'avec AMSD 4B.
La version AMSD 4B est équipée d'une interface incrémentielle numérique et dedifférentes variantes de têtes de lecture permettant d'obtenir différentes résolutions et d'adapter le système aux commandes avec différentes fréquences d'entrée.
