Area of responsibility

  • Advising and supporting national and international customers
  • Technical and commercial quotation and order processing
  • Independent order processing and deadline monitoring
  • Complaint management
  • Liaison with production, logistics, quality assurance and field service
  • Collaboration on the optimization, standardization, and digitization of internal processes

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), possibly with additional qualifications
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in mechanical engineering or a technical B2B environment desirable
  • Confident use of ERP systems, SAP knowledge an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Technical understanding and service-oriented, team-oriented personality
