Type NK frictionless tables are suitable for multiple applications, offering a large selection of available dimensions. They are available in a single-axis design in five sizes, made of either steel or cast iron, depending on the size.
Type NK frictionless tables consist of equal-length top and bottom parts along with Type R longitudinal guideways, which come in lengths ranging from 25 to 510 mm and strokes from 10 to 450 mm. All tables are equipped with Type AC roller cages and Type GB end pieces and can be used for both horizontal and vertical installation.
The lower part of the slide tables is provided with standard fastening holes. The side opposite the assembly screwscan be used as a locating face. In the standard version, stroke limitation is achieved by two screws on the top part and one screw on the bottom part. Since these screws can only absorb small forces in the direction of movement, they should not be used as stoppers.
With FORMULA-S, screws are no longer required, thanks to the cage-centering principle. Additionally, special versions with Type AK ball cages (-AK) offer reduced sensitivity to dirt and lower load-carrying capacity. An integrated cage control (-KS) is also available. These features ensure high dynamics and allow any installation orientation for sizes 3 and 6.
