Complete your training at A.MANNESMANN as a Precision Mechanic (m/f/d), specializing in milling technology. We have a true feel for metal: the workpieces we manufacture are up to 15 meters long and precise to the thousandth of a millimeter. Precision mechanics produce precision components, mostly from metal, using cutting processes such as turning, milling, drilling, or grinding. They typically work with CNC machine tools, setting them up and monitoring the manufacturing process.

As one of the market leaders, we supply high-tech machine elements for machine tools, predominantly used in the automotive industry and mechanical engineering. You will work with us in a team of around 150 "metal experts." And we always aim for: high precision, quality, and punctuality.

We offer You:

  • At the beginning, you will learn basic skills in metalworking and machining at BZI (Berufsbildungszentrum)

  • Then, you will receive a diverse, interesting, and practical training in the company

  • We will train you in conventional and CNC-controlled turning, grinding, or milling techniques, with a focus on milling technology.

  • You will learn how to plan, monitor, and optimize production processes and understand how we ensure our high standards of precision and quality

  • A technically challenging work environment in a modern, medium-sized company

  • The training usually lasts 3.5 years, but there is a possibility to shorten it with good performance
